This includes the permitting, financing, construction and operations for the developed facilities. Unique in the industry, we develop such projects on a client basis, rather than for our own account. We assume 100 percent responsibility for all aspects of a power plant development project including: Project planning Land acquisition Permitting Financing Construction Start-up and commissioning Operations By taking full responsibility for development, we can ensure that the project will meet the client's goals established as a part of the project planning efforts and will achieve low cost and on-time commercial operation. Current and former projects include large-scale utility projects, cogeneration facilities for large energy users, and smaller-scale applications for niche utility needs.
